I live right next to farm fields in Sacramento and this was the first year that I’ve seen sunflowers grown! I kept seeing these beautiful flowers glowing orange in the sunset and I just knew that I had to plan a session here!! So I called up my best friend and her husband (who live a mile away) for a quick mini shoot with their 4 month old, Colbie.

I’ve captured the whole journey of Colbie, from her parents finding out they were pregnant to her growing into the cutest nugget. This was our first session where we got a little smile!
